I attribute my success to the daily practice of something called a menu. A menu is a targeted sequence of exercises that effectively work to activate key groups of muscles throughout your body that don’t normally get worked in daily life, or with physical therapy or strength training.
I continue to do my menu daily even though I am not in pain anymore. This is a lifestyle for me now.
My goal is to show you how you too can become free from physical limitations the same way I did!
After going through this process of healing myself, I decided to become certified in the practice that helped me so that I could apply it to others.
I designed my programs to provide you with a variety of tools for fixing yourself that I believe will meet both your budget and your ability levels.
Before getting into this Posture Alignment Therapy field, I worked in health and fitness for nearly 15 years. I got my start as a Certified Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness where I had the opportunity to work with countless men and women while supporting them in reaching their health and fitness goals. I’m also proud to say that I have a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California San Diego (UCSD) in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry.
In my free time I love long walks, tending to my succulent garden, and surfing.
